About Faith

I’m a speaker and passionate advocate for chasing your dreams no matter how many detours life throws your way. I created She Had Faith to help women, like you, rediscover the power of clarity. My own journey has taken many unexpected turns, from stepping away from med school to exploring diverse careers in entrepreneurship, real estate, tech, and now life coaching. Every twist and turn gave me the clarity to uncover who I truly am and what I'm most passionate about.  

Along the way, I learned one essential truth: when you gain clarity in who you are and what you're meant to do, incredible things happen. And now, I'm dedicated to helping other women gain that same clarity in their own lives.

As a certified life coach, I help high-achieving women who feel stuck in life. I guide them to clarity by helping them break free from the pressure of societal and cultural expectations, family, and their own limiting beliefs. Through my podcast She Had Faith, my Reclaim Your Future coaching program, and empowering content, my mission is to help you find clarity, so you can live a life that reflects who you are.
